Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy - Domestic Customers

Cancellation Policy:

There is no Cancellation of placed orders. Customers are requested to avoid impulsive purchases


Return/Refund Policy:

  • Madhura Boutique is an Independent Home Based Boutique
  • There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE - except for Transit Damage or Incorrect Product
  • Incase of transit damage or Incorrect Product received, customers are requested to write to within 36 hours of the parcel received, with an image of the item received along with order id
  • All pictures are taken under natural lighting. However minor colour variations are normal, due to various external sources 
  • Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases - to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage
  • There are rare chances that during transition beads or stones may have fallen. Such things which can be easily fixed with glue will not be exchanged or refunded
  • Description of every product is precise. However, Customers are requested to write to or Whatsapp - 8939747449 to know more details about the product before ordering. 
  • Customers are requested to return the damaged / Incorrect product to our address
  • Upon receiving the damaged product/incorrect product, we will replace or refund the order value. Replacement will be provided based on availability of the product
  • Refund process takes 2-6 working days after receiving the good in perfect condition. Refund will be processed through the same mode of payment made
