Order Status FAQs

  1. How Do I know my order has been confirmed?

During check out, you will receive a Performa Invoice from our email id. Once the payment is successful you will receive an invoice from PayU Money. Within the mentioned time frame in our shipping policy, you will receive one or multiple emails regarding the order status (product ready to send / courier AWB number etc..). Customers are requested to provide correct email ids and are requested to check their email for further communication.

  1. How Do I change/cancel my order?

We do not provide any cancellation of the placed order.

  1. What do I do incase of Failed Transactions?

Customers are requested to use a Indian Bank account for payments made. At the moment we do not accept International Cards. There are chances that due to various external factors, your transaction may have failed. In that case, customers are requested to check their email id given for further payment procedures. Product FAQs:

  1. Will the Product shown in the image be delivered as it is?

Yes. The Pictures of the products shown in the images are the best representation of the product. All products are taken under natural lighting. However, there may be minor colour variation due to many external factors. Madhura Boutique is not responsible for such variations

  1. What is the size of the product?

Every product has precise description with approximate size and weight mentioned.

  1. Do you deliver on the same day of order placed?

No. We do not provide any same day or 1 day delivery at the moment.

  1. Will the products be checked for any damages/defects before despatch?

Every product is cleared off a quality check before packing. The packing is done with utmost care. Therefore chances of receiving a defective product is less. However, in case of receipt of damaged product write to admin@madhuraboutique.in

  1. Is there any guarantee for the product sold?

Madhura Boutique does not provide any warranty or guarantee of the items being sold. However, we strive to provide the best quality products. Most of the products sold are handcrafted by rural artisans across India. The products that are sold comes under Imitation category (Except Pure Silver). The longevity of any non Precious metal items are relative to various external factors (Heat, Perfume, Excess Sweat, Handling etc). We do not offer any after sale service or guarantee about the life time of the products sold.These items are perishable and we expect customers to be aware of the same.

  1. What are the products made of?

We sell a varied array of product categories. We category our product as Permium and Fancy. However, most of our items are of Premium quality and we sell only a limited amount of Fancy quality products on rotational basis. Premium quality products have an alloy of various metals like copper, brass etc. Fancy quality products have a maximum percentage of Iron in them.

  1. Is german silver made of silver?

No. German silver do not have any percentage of silver in it. We may have pure silver items, which are explicitly mentioned as “Pure Silver” or 92.5 silver

  1. Does Imitation Jewellery mean gold Plated?

No Imitation Jewellery does not have any gold in them. Imitation Jewellery may be matte finished, which are explicitly mentioned in the description. No imitation jewellery is repolishable unless explicitly mentioned

    9. How to store a product?

All products are to be wiped with dry cloth after worn. The product has to be stored in a Zip lock cover or Air tight container when unused. Avoid direct contact of Heat, water, excessive sweat, perfumes, deodorant, alcohol etc..

  1. Where is your shop?

Madhura Boutique is a completely online store and we do not have any physical store at the moment

  1. What do I do, if a product I like is sold out?

Click on the “ask about product” or “add to wish list” to get notified about the product’s restocking. However, not all items available on the website will be restocked
