Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy - Domestic Customers

Cancellation Policy:

There is no Cancellation of placed orders. Customers are requested to avoid impulsive purchases

 

Return/Refund Policy:

  • Madhura Boutique is an Independent Home Based Boutique
  • There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE - except for Transit Damage or Incorrect Product
  • Incase of transit damage or Incorrect Product received, customers are requested to write to admin@madhuraboutique.in within 36 hours of the parcel received, with an image of the item received along with order id
  • All pictures are taken under natural lighting. However minor colour variations are normal, due to various external sources 
  • Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases - to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage
  • There are rare chances that during transition beads or stones may have fallen. Such things which can be easily fixed with glue will not be exchanged or refunded
  • Description of every product is precise. However, Customers are requested to write to admin@madhuraboutique.in or Whatsapp - 8939747449 to know more details about the product before ordering. 
  • Customers are requested to return the damaged / Incorrect product to our address
  • Upon receiving the damaged product/incorrect product, we will replace or refund the order value. Replacement will be provided based on availability of the product
  • Refund process takes 2-6 working days after receiving the good in perfect condition. Refund will be processed through the same mode of payment made
